Ceiling tiles literally cost a few bucks -- and you take them down when you have to check plumbing pipes, and other issues in the ceiling work.
Also, since he has drop ceiling in the school - sometimes you have leaks -- and celling tiles may have been damaged -- and have to be MATCHED and replaced.
