He didn't use a scientific method but his methods have been said to cure many people of disease. Michael Jackson went to him and Left eye among others so I think there may be something to it.

I just can't stick to his diet though, I mean he want a nikka to eat bland foods and drink them strong ass herbs. A nikka got to eat flavorful foods man, though I can do the herbs. However the thing is when I did his herbs in the past I saw no real difference and they say you have to stick with it to see improvements. It's not a quick fix or instant thing but I still don't rule out the possibility of it working.

He is essentially saying that Brocolli and cauliflower and almonds if bought in the store are mostly GMO. Most Tomatos are GMO as well. Unless you are growing it yourself than there is a good chance that you are eating GMO

Read the stickers on your produce, 4 numbers = Non GMO/conventionally grown (pesticides, etc.)

5 numbers means it is organic but also could mean it is GMO.

What are you talking about? Once you see the organic sticker, that means no gmo. The gov doesn't allow any gmos to be in organic fruits/vegetables or feed for livestock

I know the official government rules, but the reality is, until you see "non GMO" on something, there is no guarantee.

Also, the USDA sticker covering Non gmo products is fairly recent. I'd seriously wait until they actually produce non GMO stickers before we can safely say all organic foods are non gmo.

This is false. The entire point of going organic is to avoid gmo. It's right there on the gov website
