People within the African diaspora are more likely to have A blood and this book recommends that a vegan diet is the best diet for A blood. Therefore, this book recommending a vegan/vegetarian diet is in direct alignment with Dr. Sebi who clearly tailors his dietary guidelines to his black folk (again, who mostly have A type blood).

Even Hippocrates said, "Let food be thy medicine," so I don't know why people are trying so hard to discredit Dr. Sebi.

Maybe because he tells people to not eat things based on faulty information. Where is his lab and research? Where is the science behind his claims?

He said not to eat nutmeg because it deadly. You'd have to consume 2-3 tablespoons for it to harm you and no one is going to do that. Meanwhile he ignores all these health benefits:

That's like me telling people not to drink water because it's dilutes the sodium and electrolytes in your body which can be fatal. I'll just leave out that that only happens if you drink extreme amounts.

People who don't question him and are too lazy to do their own research will think he's a genius. The rest of us know better.

Raw broccoli is goitrogenic (interferes with the thyroid's uptake of iodine). You'll lose a bit of nutrients boiling it, but the goitrogenic properties are inactivated.

Plus, you can generally eat a lot more boiled brocolli than you can raw, so it all evens out.

I eat raw Broccoli everyday and no problem, boiling for the weak

It depends on how much you eat, how sensitive you are to goitrogenic foods, and what your iodine intake is like.

If you suffer from depression and/or anxiety you should stop eating your cruciferous vegetables raw.
