Broccoli contains DIM which improves testosterone/estrogen ratio in the body. Dr. Sebi is full of shyt. I've participated in many labs regarding nutrition and the human body in college and grad school. Foods in grocery stores are not worse than the past. The thing that is causing so many health and weight issues is the availability of so much food (especially poor nutritional fast food and snacks) and the increasing lack of exercise and activity with human beings.

all i drink is evian now, when i was a teen all i drank was cheap colourful soda's

its crazy when i think about it thats all we drank and i never liked the taste of water , funny how things change

Breh the best thing you can do is read a book about how the human the body metabolizes. Learn about its systems. One you learn that, you then start to learn what foods you want your body to be metabolizing, which leads to a health conscious diet. I took "Precision Nutrition's" course online for shyts and it has changed my life.

It's also high in sulfur, which keep the phase I and phase II liver pathways open for detoxification, as do the rest of the cruciferous vegetables.

That is very correct. I forgot to add that very key part in. Thats why people need to learn to do research for themselves instead of just taking people words as facts. Not everything is a conspiracy. I will agree the medical field is bullshyt tho.

Just because you're a vegan it doesn't mean you eat a balanced diet. I know a girl who went vegan and ate French fries everyday. She actually got fat. Veganism is healthy when done right just like any other diet.

The "healthiest" vegan diet still requires supplemental vitamins to avoid a deficiency.

My point to @Thomas being: How is a diet labeled "healthy" if it doesn't provide nutrition requirements through food?

They sell fortified foods that meet the daily nutritional requirement :yeshrug: It can be healthy, I don't see how taking a B12 supplement makes the diet unhealthy :picard:
I'm not a vegan breh, I just support sustainable foods and diets, and have a strong distaste for fad-diets. Veganism with an actual healthy mindset is a good thing :wow:

He never came across as so(an actual doctor). Originally he was a bush "doctor" or herbalist. Plenty of them scattered around the Caribbean as you should know with so so results depending on the person.

Both of them contain high levels of vitamins and minerals.


Cauliflower, broccoli, and lettuce full under what I have heard called polyflower.
I heard it means that they are just basically a source of water not a real vegetable.
I don't even eat the shyt anymore.
it offers no protein at all as well.
I am strict on greens and can spinach for a vegetable.
I have known this for at least fourteen fifteen years now.
