How accurate is this chart?

Most fruit can be alkaline with your body if you eat then on an empty stomach.

It's all related to when you eat them and how you mixed the fruits.

Bananas alone are alkaline, but mixed with other fruits can turn them acidic. Bananas take about 40mjns to digest.

im not sure how accurate the this chart is because a few charts like this are around, some have less some have more things but i think this one is for people getting into changing their diet to alkaline at novice level.

black beans are 5.0 acidic but i know dr sebi would include them in his meals

Its a huge issue in medical research actually.

I've worked on issues pertaining to minorities on this and its really hard to overcome the damage medical racism including Henrietta Lacks and Tuskegee did to blacks getting involved in research.

And on top of that, theres a skepticism towards corporations having the interest of their customers at heart and people are suspicious of their intentions.

SO IS KALE.

EDIT:

IT IS A SELECTIVELY BRED VEGETABLE. KALE, BROCCOLI, CABBAGE, AND CAULIFLOWER WERE ALL BREED FROM THE SAME PLANT.

IF YOU WANT TO BE FUNNY ABOUT IT. THE WEED HE IS SMOKING IN THE VIDEO WAS BRED THE SAME WAY.
