nikkas are so far removed from slavery and civil rights that figures like MLK are a joke and holidays made to honor him are just a tagline for a club party. Kinda sad.

People today know even less of MLK today than even 20 years ago. And nothing of Malcolm X. Back when I was in elementary school, they taught MLK's life and everything in it, as well as on TV. Now, he hardly gets a mention on media. Crazy ratchet world we live in.
