It's obvious a lot of y'all don't know shyt about community property laws.
Anything you accumulate while with your spouse they are entitled to half of. If you bought a house while y'all were together then she has a half interest in it, if you purchased a label then she has a half interest in it, if you purchased some land then she has a half interest it.
Some of it can vary state to state.
One of the only ways around that is a prenuptial agreement.

I'm looking at things from a legal point of view breh.
I'm looking at what she deserves. Marriage is the only system in place that allows someone to live a good life for a number of years and get paid for it. That isn't right.
The laws should be changed.
I see where you're coming from but it just doesnt work that way. The judicial system as a whole looks at the woman as a victim in 90 % of cases. Even when she is the aggressor.
just look at the millions of men today getting robbed for child support. For children that aren't theirs.
