The same story with an extra wrinkled to it. This time somebody (not name Dre) is the one filing the report. That means the money that she supposedly "embezzled" wasn't necessarily Dre's alone.

This entire ordeal has been a major L for her.
When the pre-nup thing didn't work, she pivoted to the abuse card trying to gain sympathy. That didn't fly with the judge as because if he was really a threat to her, then why wouldn't she have filed a restraining order against him? The judge called her out on the bullshyt and basically said "I have more pressing cases to worry about other than yours, don't waste my time."
