I DONT THINK YALL REALIZE WHAT U IN FOR

This...

and every single time since nikkaZ4LIFE they been doubting Dre only for us to get shocked over and over:

CUBE left- NWA cannot do a masterpiece without him (WRONG)

DRE went solo- He couldn't be as successful as he was with NWA (WRONG)

CHRONIC 2001- Dre couldn't be able to do it again... (WRONG)

Now here we are with COMPTON: THE SOUNDTRACK... and people still FORGOT ABOUT DRE.

I'm happy Dre is back and believe it or not I actually buy his "Detox" Excuse. I honestly think time caught up with him and now it's just too long since "2001", we are talking 16 years later. He's going to go out with his 2 back to back Classics and call it a day. I expect nothing but Compliations from Dre going forward. Kind of like "The Aftermath" CD. So I'm not surprised by this Soundtrack being what it is. I just wish Dre was rapping on all these tracks or alteast half.

I think when "I need a Doctor" and "Kush" came out, Dre was seriously about to drop the album but got cold feet. He knew people weren't going to judge it the same as his two Classics. Ironically "I need a doctor" did very well on the charts, "Kush" also sounded like some Classic Dre. Look he's a perfectionist so I guess I don't blame him. I'd rather there be no "Detox" than a weak album. Dre knows nobody can say sh!t about "Chronic/Chronic 2001" so he's staright with his catalog. Maybe one day he will change his mind but I think that's it guys. We will always have the Classics:

"I need a Dr" Might be the worst song Dr. Dre ever recorded. Shyt was just :scust:

The video was tight with the flashbacks in the beginning but I didn't like Eminem on the song that much. Also with Skyler it sounded like a lost B.O.B. track, lol. Dre crashing the car reminded me of Puffy falling off the motocycle. I loved "Kush", I just wish Nate was on the hook cause that was clearly what they were gonig for but I think he was sick at this time.

Funny you mention I need a Doctor because in that very song Eminem addressed the fact Dre was doubting himself about dropping Detox.

I'm just praying that this is as good as 2001, if we get something along the lines of The Aftermath though
