Skid row is like Mad Max beyond thunderdome. In June, I went to a bar called "Camper's Corner" downtown in the heart of a homeless holocaust. Nothing but beer and Mexican hookers selling p*ssy on the dancefloor. Loved it.

My patna stayed downtown during the George Floyd protest...we decided we would scraf up cover our faces and go out to see all the mayhem...mannn lol. We went out saw people dressed like us covering faces with shirts and scarfs spray painting shyt bussin out windows shooting in the air ...one man stood in front of his car with 2-4 that was on fire and stared at us at a red light. We looked at each other shook as fukk and said maybe we should turn back . Police were no where around shyt felt like The Purge. Downtown is fukking crazy. We parked his car and joined the bullshyt on foot. Wild ass night

Not every night but downtown LA is fukking wild. Esp. down on like 6th st 8th st. also a lot of dope spots and hotels, like The Conrad by the Disney arena thing. The architectural masterpiece thing. edit: concert hall.

The restaurant there on the rooftop. Jose Andress spot. Went there and had a 3 hour dinner in July 2022. Super bad server from DTLA. There's a spot called Manuela, that I used to go back in 2018. The Grand Central market. There was a hotel called Nomad I stayed at, but it's La Per La now. The Ace.

No. If anything there is a mass exodus. You'll still find countless baristas with dreams of the silver screen (my girlfriend was one of them) but nothing like it used to be. Social Media/Youtube has tempered that.
