Finally had some time to narrow down my next lst. No way can I buy all, but here are a few extra flips that hope will not dip:
Biotechs:
Zosano Pharma Corp
NASDAQ: ZSAN---> focuses on migraine meds; hedge funds have been investing in this stock (MAIN concern; they recently sold $20 million preferred shares to one bank)
Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp
NYSEAMERICAN: ZOM---> a vet pharma corp; super cheap and now that many places are opening up business may boom again (MAIN concern: posted loss last Quarter and next report should not bee too different due to closures)
Novan Inc
NASDAQ: NOVN--->focuses on the development and commercialization of nitric oxide-based therapies to treat dermatological and oncovirus-mediated diseases (MAIN concern: investors appear bearish on this one...price is already low)
Game/Consumer/Tech:
The9 Limited
NASDAQ: NCTY--->SHANGHAI, April 15, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The9 Limited (Nasdaq:
NCTY ) ("The9" or the "Company"), an established Internet company, today announced that it received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. ("Nasdaq") dated April 13, 2020, indicating that the Company no longer meets the continued listing requirement of minimum Market Value of Listed Securities ("MVLS") for the Nasdaq Capital Market, as set forth in the Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2) because the market value of the Company's securities listed on Nasdaq for the last 30 consecutive business days was below the minimum MVLS requirement of US$35.0 million.
Pursuant to the Rule 5810(c)(3)(C) of the Nasdaq Listing Rules, the Company has a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until October 12, 2020 (the "Compliance Period"), to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum MVLS requirement. If at any time during the Compliance Period, the Company's MVLS closes at US$35.0 million or more for a minimum of ten consecutive business days, Nasdaq will provide the Company a written confirmation of compliance and the matter will be closed. In the event the Company does not regain compliance with Rule 5550(b)(2) prior to the expiration of the Compliance Period, the Company will receive written notification that its securities are subject to delisting.
The Company's management is looking into various options available to regain compliance and maintain its continued listing.
All under $1 and all very risky (might put a few hundred on NCTY & ZOM)
