Breh kane has been on wwe in the main event or HIGH MIDCARD since fukking 1997, STOP IT. This is where he didnt even talk for like 3 years and wore a mask covering his kayfabe damaged face with no real way to write out of it...Dude is no where near underutilized. Mark henry is a better application to your point.
