I thought he was crazy for leaving his job when he didn't have the numbers. It's tough to grow your channel and usually the viewers you have stay consistent. He needed to double his views before even thinking of going fulltime. He quit and figured more time for streaming would equal growth. Unless you're a bad chick in a hot tub it's not automatic.
