You are right that it's his fault for letting Felix back on set or in the audience. So the onus falls on his shoulder for the continued interruptions Felix brings to his show..
That could be one of his flaw as enabling friends or not wanting to leave people out...
But that shyt took the air out of the room and people seemed nervous to laugh..

But there is a certain level professionalism he should try to strive for or let me rephrase it better..
