SOHH ICEY N.O.
Is it really?

I think they made this too soon. The Lion King is perfect timing. Kids who watched that growing up now have their own kids to bring to that movie. Plus their parents are still young enough to care about going to movies. They're gonna get 3+ generations of bank out of that.

My niece used to love Dora the Explorer. She watched it all the time, had a Dora themed bday party, still has some Dora kitchenware. She's ten now and doesn't really remember loving Dora. We tell her she did, but she's kinda shrugs about it. She doesn't care about this movie at all. Maybe when she grows older she'll gain some nostalgic appeal for Dora, but now she really don't care. Maybe it's for the little kids still watching Dora now, but they could've gotten a wider audience later imo
Dora came out in 2000 tho. The kids that first up on range from 19-24.
