I worked it out a while ago, I think you go down to 6th or 7th in the GC for each one of those years. Then all you left with is a bunch of Iberians winners, but its hard to know if they were clean or not anyway, coz they probably cheat too

Big Mig failed a test in 94 but wasnt banned because of what he took was allowed under IOC/UCI rules for athletes with asthma but in France where he failed the test that particular drug is banned.

He should've been suspended but the Spanish authorities and the UCI came to his defense, even accusing the French of jealousy.
