lio rush is the only small guy who is relevent and new enough to actually fill the role as the flagship and elevate the draw of any wwe show or programming.
especially, 205 live as a show.
now granted the wwe will botch it just like they are doing currently with rush in nxt.

yet, i feel the best way for rush to have come into the wwe fold was via the main roster and/or 205 live.

if the wwe had any idea what to do. they would have made cedric a heel originally and set him up as the focal point.
as he is the most ramped heel grappler after jay lethal in the past four years.
that he excelled at being a ramped heel in roh and also ramped via being a heel and also having a manager and mouth piece as well.
