I'm a nurse, work 12 hour nights, so seeing this thread topic annoyed me more than anything. Hell I'm at work now dealing with patients who are unappreciative, entitled, and sometimes disrespectful, then I log onto coli to take my mind off work. But instead i read that men should stay away from me cuz my profession is full of thots.

Black women can't win for shyt on this site.


Anyway what profession are working in? Whatever it is I'm sure you would be annoyed if a female said to stay away from men in your profession because they usually cheat or whatever.

No I'm not a thot. I'm in a committed relationship. Most of the ladies I went to school with are married with children. A lot of them were already in serious relationships before we even graduated. A few chicks got married and pregnant while in school.

We didnt have time to hoe around. 4 year nursing programs are stressful and nobody was trying to waste money and time flunking out chasing men.

Shiiiit, my wife is an NP and the only other woman ive dated with marriage potential was a teacher. You cant beat free healthcare, easy prescriptions, and pretty damn good money. Thing about teachers is that i have never met one in the middle of the road, they are either all the way down and freaky or they super prudish to the point where its a turnoff even if they a dime. The reason i didnt marry the teacher is because she was the latter.

The women to stay away from are pharmacists. Hell forget marriage even dating one is a hassle. They have long hours and weird schedules like 10 days on 2 days off (which may not be back to back) so she may be off on a Tuesday and Thursday one week then two weeks later she off Monday and Wednesday. Then on one of those days might get called in. Makes it impossible to plan anything and with a schedule like that if you did marry her you would be doing most of the household shyt like cooking, taking and picking the kid up from daycare, cleaning, etc... She would just be contributing a check.

I work 3 12 hour shifts a week, with 4 days left during the week that are all mine. I talk to strange niccas on the coli for sheer entertainment and to unwind.
My off days, benefits, job security, pay days, and seeing patients get better make it all worth it to me. I love my job, and everyone has bad work days. Even pimps and hoes have bad work days.

I love what I do for a living and I'm not going to let some kid with limited life experiences down the women in my profession. I am a passionate person and I am that way with anything that I care about, career included.

Not all Nurses work in a hospital. My wife works from home on a computer . There's also a difference between RNs and CNAs. Are you referring to both?
