damn i never expected to see that mentioned on here. i used to have to stay at my aunt's apartment in the lulacs back in the 80s while my mom was at work. that shyt was ghetto as hell.

and between 40th and 48th between broadway and baseline is a combo of industrial buildings and ghetto homes. enough stuff to steal and enough places to hide and get high.
