After discovering I was about to be laid off from my "esteemed" city job in 2013, I figured, why not spend the next few weeks on the work computer surfing TheColi for kicks? It's not like I had reports to file, emails to not read, or meetings to snooze through. And wouldn't you know it, they replaced that computer not long after. Part of me wonders if my adventures on TheColi left it in shambles. I'd like to think so, but hey, if not, no biggie. fukk em'.

I was young and naive, and baffled at the idea that that type of behavior wasn't allowed in the workplace.
