It's not a good sign at all for a cancer such as leukemia to come back. The survival rate is not that great.

I dont expect to see Roman until Survivor Series 2020 at the earliest. Leukemia aint no easy shyt to bounce back from.
They initially said 1 to 3 years. Im taking them at that word. He has to beat the cancer (not guaranteed), him being so in shape may help. Then he has to go through follow up treatment, be cleared for physical activity, get cleared by WWF and THEN get back to looking like the same Roman that left. That hair gone have to grow back too.
If he does ever return, he'll never be able to be booked as a heel ever again.
