Coming to New York all we needed was 1. Getting 2 was a luxury. Getting 3 would have been, but they did what they had to do.

i give props to paxton and to the guys who essentially scored all the runs, DJ, torres are good situational hitters, even though i was mad at torres for his bases loaded strikeout in game 4, but you cant have a good at bat every time. and even though judge and hicks are guys that strikeout a lot and seem to fit the mold of strikeout, homerun, walk guys who wont hit in the offs, theyve been having great at bats, would like to see more power out of judge though. sanchez, when he stops hitting his defense becomes trash, it clearly affects him, hes looking like 2018 gary sanchez out there. i dont even give him props for his meaningless homerun in game 4, when you had a tight game with the bases loaded you struck out.
i hated that we didnt hit at all at all, one hit? after the 1st thats pathetic, we went back into the malaise weve been in since game 2. i dont see this game 6 as some sure win or even necessarily an advantage, their pen is rested, ours isnt. astros have so far hit our pen better than weve hit theres, which i think is more about the lineups. i do think our pen is better but given theyre more well rested and there guys have a better approach, like the yankees could see these trash houston pitchers all series and still not hit (talking about their pen) but the astros every time they see our guys i feel like theyre gonna have a better at bat the next time. i think this game is a toss up but i dont like the yanks lineup overall. its better than its been cause we at least have a few guys who are good situational hitters, but still too many guys that are not meant to hit in the offs
