I knew this would happen.

alex smith would have beat steelers to be honest.... tyrek was open about 3 times for long 50 yard tds but smith cant see the field.:russ:

roger had plenty of guys open.....foulc*nt defense is just decent to be honest.....not better than pats. beli an defensive genius that know all u have to do is pressure ryan.....he lives off his oline and great to elite weapons on offense. nothing special himself.

beli/brady will take advantage of that easily with Hogan/eldeman/Bennett. plus as always he has a top 10 offensive line that give him enough time to sit in pocket.

pats have the better defense in stats that matter.......... they will win sb no doubt.

Eh, I thought we might get destroyed.

we did better than I thought tbh.

Pats have too many weapons when healthy regardless.

curious what we'll do in the off-season.

Feeling like the raptors vs CLE last nba season though..

Calling a flea flicker cause it's third and long doesn't count as "carving up":skip:

LMAO, ya got washed yesterday. Disappointing to be at the game super cold to watch ONE team show up and be prepared. The other team didn't even put up a fight. Texans with Brock Osweiler gave us a better game.

That was a tough game. I'm sure Bell getting hurt really early altered the offensive game plan a bunch, but they had stupid drops, missed extra points, couldn't get one foot at the 1 yard line when they needed it.... if that game is 17-13 going into the 3rd quarter with PIT getting the ball it's a totally different game.

That being said, I like Tomlin a lot but he has to be held accountable for the absolutely mindboggling defensive game plan. Playing zone 80% of the time, rushing 3 or 4 and hoping for the best, what the hell was he thinking

Why is everyone saying Tomlin when he's the head coach not the defensive coordinator?

I know the response is going to be "he's in charge", but he lead the defense here and had a very good run up to it. Tomlin should be held accountable for some things but not that defensive meltdown at all.

Next year I do need to see some changes in him holding these players accountable and more discipline on and off the field. I been saying it for years that he is TOO NICE to these players and something needs to change. Anything less than a Superbowl appearance is unacceptable especially with the roster we have and the cap space that we're about to have.

Like you said: the buck stops with Tomlin. I know he's not the DC, but he's responsible for the whole team and when has playing a soft zone and getting NO pass rush on Brady ever worked? You beat Brady by beating him up. This has been proven time and time again.

Even during the first half when it was obvious Brady was cutting these guys to ribbons dropping 8 into coverage, they couldn't scrap the gameplan and try to play man a bit more?

Just a stupid gameplan.

We just can't beat these fukkers:yeshrug:

We play the exact same defense every time we play them:francis: soft zones and no rush or man press. Let Brady just hit easy passes all day.:snoop:
There was no excuse leaving cac receiver Hogan wide the fuk open like that. Hell his hand was up for so long calling for that ball that it almost make u wonder what took Brady so long making those reads.

Matt Cassel went 10-6 in Kansas City too, buddy

Yea and? He was in a place where the RB avg over 6 yards a carry. Jamal Charles had more to do with the chiefs success that year than mat Cassels.

The chiefs also got embarrassed by the ravens ironically.

Btw where is mat Cassels career now?
