i've said it before but if the republican party can remove MAGA from top ranks than these people will become a big problem for democrats cause they have no equivalent media team on par with them..

What Donald Trump takes credit for doing to Roe v. Wade and in turn to innocent young women and girls is outright disgusting.
How can any person support almost complete abortion bans that we see in so many states, including Texas?
Why should a 12 year old little girl be forced to give birth to her rapist's child? Why shouldn't she have the right to have an abortion at 6 weeks or even before that?
Why should old men like Trump, who was literally held liable for sexually abusing a woman, have any say in this matter?
Because of Trump, across numerous states, including Texas, we're witnessing the rise of near-total abortion bans. Consider the harrowing scenario where a 12-year-old victim of rape is compelled by law to carry her pregnancy to term. Is it not a fundamental right for her to have access to an abortion, perhaps even before the 6-week mark, when many women don't yet know they're pregnant?

In Texas and many other states it's illegal to have an abortion at or even before 6 weeks. So your 16-20 week remark doesn't have any bearing.

How about just restoring ROE which allows State to ban abortion after viability?

Roe v Wade gave everyone in all states the right to chooses. Your argument makes absolutely no sense.
