I'm as excited for this as I am for the next Fallout and Twisted Metal. Invincible has been great so far, especially the ending of the last episode, and my girl and I immediately started talking about Mr. and Mrs. Smith. While I would rather the entirety of the show be about them, I will tune in and enjoy what I can. I never expected to love that show as much as I did.
Yea there was absolutely ZERO chance i’d watch this show without Donald and Maya.

This is a fact. While it was only 8 episodes, I had a lot of "head cannon" to fill in the blanks of their relationship between missions. What we did see worked for me, enough so that I was eager to see what becomes of them even if it would take a calendar year or longer to find out.
Going without them was pretty much a non-starter for me.
