I don't understand why Vogel takes out 3 of his top 4 players at the same time (AD, Russ, Monk)....2 of the 4 should be on the court at all times. He did the same thing at the start on the 2nd qt when the Bucks pushed the lead from 14 to 22 pts.

4 step plan to fix the Lakers:

1) Fire Vogel

2) Trade Bron to his destination of choice. Get whatever asset u can get even if it's minimal

3) Trade AD for assets

4) Trade Russ + first round pick for Wall, cut Wall
