The upside about all of this is whom ever the Lakers pick up off of the buyout market will improve the talent of this roster

Always thought KCP & Caruso we’re keepers due to their intensity on defense. Lakers Should’ve just dumped Kuz and maybe Trez. Heck even Dennis Schroeder was a keeper if your only move in the bag during off-season was Westbrook or Buddy Hield.
I also doubt Kendrick Nunn will do anything that Malik Monk isn’t already doing.
Looking bleak for Lakers. Last hope is seeing what team looks like fully healthy- which also seems like a stretch of actually happening at this rate.

Caruso alone would have improved this team tremendously. They were too cheap to keep him.
