While that's true, he still doesn't make the best use of what he has. He'll pull guys who are really giving him good minutes to put guys in who aren't. And even when everyone can see how it's going he still doesn't adjust. At this point I almost think he's so frustrated that he wants to get fired, collect the rest of his money, and move on.
