Regarding controversy, this is the quote from them:

So this is just PR copout, they don't wanna lose TNT, that's a bigger loss for Dominos, in the commercial space at least. I doubt they care once you explain the situation and the concept of Nick Gage always has one regardless.

It's a double edged sword. If they go too far they can scare away quality advertisers but there is no doubt that people like violence. AEW is getting a lot of attention with this content. Moxley had a Texas deathmatch the week before, Darby had a casket match the week before that. The ratings are rising, the demo's rising.

AEW pushing the edge is getting a lot of publicity. They just have to find a balance to keep the money coming in.
