So you were trying to court this bytch when she was single? If not, I call bs, because a desirable black woman would have NO shortage of black men trying to get with her. How do you know if she was even CHECKING for brothers when she was single?? :upsetfavre: :aicmon:

Not saying that. I was saying she started getting serious about that married life when she got older (30+) plus she was clearly looking for someone who shared her values. Now maybe she prefers white men but why didn't she marry a white man earlier. I'm just saying at her age she went with someone who shared her values and beliefs, and whatever. She could have easily married a lame black dude. This dude happened to be white. Am I right I don't know and do I know her personally, no. But I am in her age range and deal with single women that are over 30+, and it's a different game. That's why I'm saying she took what she could get. Even middle class brothas aren't out there like that due to demographics, they find women before 30.

technically monogamy isn't natural.
:mjpls:

Genesis 2:22-24
Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman, ' for she was taken out of man." For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

Hebrews 13:4-7
Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?" Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

Solomon's downfall was brought about by having multiple wives, especially ones that worshiped other gods. Guess he was taking after his father considering his infidelities and even attempts to cover it up going as far as murder if possible. Besides, if I had a dollar for everytime someone told me not to get married, man I'd be loaded. I get the feeling one woman is enough.

Solomon had 500 wives and 200 concubines but that wasn't a sin. Solomon fell into the same trap Adam did. If you want to go deeper Solomon was Adam reincarnated hence they comitted the same sin. But that may be over the heads for the Coli folks. His sin was that he followed the women into worshipping their other gods and philosophies. Lesson of the day is never trust or follow a b!tch!

Uhhh pretty sure reincarnation isn't a thing in the Bible. Solomon fell off in the end.

Matthew 19:28 And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Revelations 1:7
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

How can he visit those that pierced him in the end breh without reincarnation? Break Revelations down for me bible scholar

I don't think that means what you think it means.

Lol 2 random verses that you posted for no apparent reason. I would need to read the stuff around it for context, but I can safely say that reincarnation is not believed to exist by Christians.

I'm not even sure how this conversation took over the Dominique Dawes thread.

Just cause I believe in the bible doesn't mean I follow Christianity. Mainstream Christianity is a hoax but oh well back to the topic @ hand

I didn't say she is broke, she has AT LEAST 1 nice job as part of the presidents council on sports and Nutrition but consider that Dominique won only 1 olympic gold medal and a couple of bronze medals. Gymnastics' money isn't long even if you were part of the magnificent 7. Most of them get regular jobs a couple of years after olympic fame. How many people still remembered who they were after Athletics events started in Atl 96? It was a big deal that Gabby, who won both individual and team gold medals, got the endorsement deals she did - last time I checked she was "apparently" worth "$3m" in a bigger market. Most upper middle class 401(k)s are higher than that. The school teacher dude isn't out of her league. Yeah, her mini dime status could have gotten her a baller or a coli poster with IT certs but there are so many dimes out there.

:russ: this shyt never gets old
