They might be but in "large amounts" comparable to the DR like some suggested? No. Latino populations are variously mixed and individuals/regions differ. But the majority of Latino countries are not like the DR though. There's Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico, etc. Though some of these countries have black admixture and people, DR has far more in comparison. DR is like a transition nation.

Studies on their genetics say there is plenty of difference. PRs are mixed cac, Indian and black. They are not what you think they are. DRs aren't mixed that way. You should stop posting about things you know nothing about.
