To save their own asses. Nobody wants Haitians in their shores, they want to contain them in the island. People think all Blacks are like singing cumbaya and shyt, but in reality it's every nation for themselves. Haitians are discriminated and deported everywhere they go. Haiti is a full member of Caricom, yet they're the only people that are not allowed to travel freely to other Caribbean countries.
