It's no wonder why he was able to bubble almost immediately in Memphis with his 1st few recorded songs back in '08...and didn't have to go thru years of failed albums/mixtapes and label hopping like Rick Ross, Game, Jeezy, Young Buck etc,
Bruh just got that MASTER P factor in him...
Once he figures out a formula to connect with the cac/non-black mainstream consumer...and capture that same cac fanbase that Future/Migos/2Chainz have been able to capture.
Paper Route Campaign a lot had buzz around the city back in 08-09. I'd really consider it a classic. You can see that he had the potential to be a star on this mixtape

I'm hip...i still bump this to this day...i remember when DJ Squeeky had songs from this tape on his myspace.
I always followed all of Squeeky's work...so i got hip to Dolph a lil bit sooner than most.
