So many great talkers were given managers or mouthpieces in the golden era. I don't buy into the idea that managers are only beneficial to bad talkers.

Dolph isn't a homerun talent yet - but he can be. A guy like Flair has the potential to bring the best out of him. I'm more intrigued by that than putting Flair with a bum like Gunner who will never be over regardless.
