bro you know what an african american is breh. Stop playing dumb. This the shyt i be talking aboutI'm confused. By ethnically AFRAM do ya'll mean she has to be the descendant of a slave or just a black girl who was born in the United States? What is ethnically AFRAM exactly? African with a little bit of white blood?
and just what is AA about her?Wasn't she born here and has never been to Africa? I don't think there is anything African about her so how isn't she an AA?
Okay, I’m being obtuse on purpose to a degree. But I’m genuinely curious - where does the AA cutoff start for some of y’all? Like, if someone’s parents came here in the 40’s or 50’s, lived through segregation, marched, but their ancestors were not slaves - they’re not AA to y’all? I think people are using semantics to be divisive for no reason. As far as Doja, I consider her what she is - mixed.bro you know what an african american is breh. Stop playing dumb. what is it "separation" from though? The people who's parents came over in the 40s n 50s might be entrenched in the struggle to a large degree but the debt that this country owes to the chattel enslaved peoples going back 400 years, they have no lineage to.
Those are the African Americans most refer to.
The separation isn't malicious but political at the root.
I say this as someone who's maternal grandfather came over in the 50s from Jamaica, and who's father came over in the 70s from a different island.
