I just don't see her getting indicted from this.
I know a lot people are hoping for it but she was using that server and chopping it up on email with everyone from Pres. Obama to her yoga teacher for years so its not like it was a big secret that she was using her own server.
Plus the idea that Hillary would be up to shenanigans and use her email to do them just seems like something that a person who is as calculating as Hillary would not do.
Plus the precedent has been set that you could willfully hand over secrets to a chick who you were fukking to help her write a book and get a slap on the wrist when you were caught which makes the chances of Hillary facing any real sanctions even if she is indicted pretty darn slim.
Nah, I see her doing some ill shyt on it, as I do get your point. As power hungry as she seems, I see her more money hungry, and who knows what influence brokering she was using her position, and then promise at presidency, to do. While people have used their own private home emails to handle "housekeeping", she's the only one with a dedicated private server. That's meant to encrypt and hide shyt and not to go into the national archives. Huge red flags.
We just have to find out what she's hiding, per usual.
