The above article is obviously a propaganda piece from the Chinese Communist Party via their mouthpiece (Xinhua). But I wanted to note that the Ethiopian government is spreading their development plans around the country. The industrial park featured in the article is in Southern Ethiopia. Other industrial parks are being built all over the country. Development, I think, is seen as a guarantor for continued political survival for Ethiopia's Tigrayan ruling class.
