The city already goes up and down the street leaving notices for people who don’t maintain their property. She got a notice last year for having a bunch of trash bags full of old clothes on the porch.
She had the audacity to cry and say she was just leaving them there to donate later. Keep in mind, they had been there for months, and the cats were sleeping on the bags, and there had been tons of rain, so the clothes wouldn’t have been salvageable to donate in the first place. She said the city was picking on her.
They didn’t get strict about lawn maintenance. or any outside appearance until the city got gentrified, and now it’s the whites who think they can live here, and not maintain their property.
I even saw a cop stop the ice cream truck, get soft serve, and throw the napkin on the ground!!
Get her dogs taken away then... call the animal control . Fake it like the dog is out of control. File some noise complaint.
