I would not trust dog meat. Its diet is worst than pigs and having parasites and worms is their thing. High key, pet dogs are useless and the continued breeding of them for purely esthetic and narcissistic reasons is inhumane. A needless drain on resources, did you know the dog industry is over a 500 billion dollar market, now just imagine all the bagged shyt, toxic piss patches and mauling that amounts to. Having a dog is bad look and says alot about a person.

In Vietnam I think they beat the poor dog with baseball bats to tenderize the meat..while it's alive.

the spread of rabies and other diseases is a valid concern but if someone can operate their restaurant for 12 years without an outbreak occurring than thats evidence enough that some regulation is all thats needed to minimize any hazards and people can continuing making their living.
