This would have been perfect for you if you still had the physical cartridges or was interested in gettin' 'em, 'cause this does most that, flawlessly from what I've heard. Only problem is, the demand for something like this compared to the availability makes it damn near impossible to get for decent.
However if you're looking to play older Gameboy Games, emulation is your only viable option.
