It changes nothing because I was always rooting for the guy. shytty booking and ridiculous push aside, I saw Roman's potential as one of the top guys. The problem is that Vince wanted him to be the guy and no one else come close.
People ignore how lazy and complacent the company and talent as a whole have gotten (just look at the in-ring devolution of Cesaro or even Sasha) but Roman was playing and carrying that top guy role in '16 like he owned it. Hopefully that's the position and drive he can retake when he comes back.
