I believe that there were victims working inside the pentagon, inside the towers and on the 2 planes that crashed into them. Until I see pictures or video of an actual plane in the pentagon or in Shanksville though I cannot say that there were victims there since we have ZERO proof of American Airliner planes crashing at those 2 sites.

remember WTC had already been bombed once in 93, the Oklahoma city bombing happened in 1995.
