21/Slaughter Gang was a real gang that was on the news way before 21 started rapping for shootouts & shyt
IDK if PDE was a legit gang but them nikkas over there always on the news too. Apparantly Nudy, No Plug and their goons used to extort out of town rappers (Paper, Drugs, Extortion) but if they got too hot they could say PDE stands for the complex they stay in (Paradise East).
But Atlanta PD consider all these record labels as gangs

The E in PDE stand for extortion but they can say it mean paradise East if they ever get questioned on some shyt
