Obama was raised by cacs in Haiwaii and lived in rich areas most of his life. He has no connection to blacks outside of his Kenyan father who didn't even live in the US very long.

More Black representation does not guarantee better outcomes. Constituents still have to make sure that those who represent them are accountable to those who voted them in. Every senator and representative can be contacted online and by phone, and they need to hear from you.

I don't share the same political affiliation as my reps. I don't contact them often, but when there's an important issue I let them know how I feel-respectfully, but they know where I stand.
