It's simple when Jordan faced defensive teams on the level Kobe faces in the playoffs and Finals he struggles and shoots Kobe esque FG percentages. I'm not knocking him, but you have to put things in perspective.
I remember Jordan struggled against that Sonic's defense in the 1996 finals. If I remember correctly, Jordan only cracked 30 points I think once in that series facing the Sonic's defense and when Payton was guarding him too. Jordan is dope, but the dude has struggled a lot in his career, but due to all of his accomplishments and hype, you would have thought that he was a saint or unstoppable when he played. He faced his fair share of struggles and criticism.
