Actually it takes a real bytch to not do anything about being called a ******. Being "the better man" always means enabling cacs to cac when it comes to racism. fukk that. Any "real man" would not want to work in that environment.
Just report that bytch to HR. If nothing happens then you know where the company stands and you should bounce (and file a lawsuit).

Got no reason to lie about that, breh. Too old to be lying on these message boards. People get in fights over lesser things all the time. Not sure why its hard to believe that a polarizing, ultraoffensive word that is meant to subjugate others wouldn't be worth fighting over. The white person dropping '******' will be saying 'spic' right quick next.
An Asian dude called me "his" nikka at work. I'm cool with him and I know he didn't mean anything by it (the other Asian dude he hangs out with grew up in the hood and says nikka all the time
