No it's not, hand is part of the ball if it touches it. It's legal.
OP initially claimed it wasn't a clean strip and then he switched up when he got exposed for not knowing the rules and tried to claim 'clean strip' means the hand isn't touched even if it's not a foul according to the rules.
The bet was on whether it's a clean strip or not and it is so OP should be banned.

Not only is that NOT a clean strip (it's up to the discretion of the refs to how they officiate this rule; you should be familiar with this shyt since Harden gets this call on the regular), but the poll is done - those were the terms, the loser of the poll is banned until the postseason.

This was more of a "clean strip" than Harden's one (ball was dislodged at the point of hand / ball contact), and yet the refs called a foul. Funny how the refs' interpretations of what happens and the rules trump all else.
