99% of the dominant sound in todays music is opp and thot rap. YNS under 25 don’t care about conscience rap. To them it’s an outdated sound that they can’t relate to. The last era that cared about staying in that lane was the blog era. The streaming/soundcloud era of 2 min songs on trap beats was the final blow. Now we’re in the current loop of every artist sounding similar.

Anti Intellectualism runs rampant nowadays and especially in that generation. Anything that makes them think for a second they call it “fake deep/woke”. They will never have a top tier rapper that can spit and be super mainstream . The “big 3” are millennials.
