Does fruit raise your blood sugar level ?

Like people have said, it does raise blood sugar levels. How much and how fast varies depending on the fruit. Grapes and oranges and stuff are pretty high on the chart. Apples and bananas and berries are lower.

Yes fructose (fruit sugar) will raise insulin but not even close as much as sucrose/glucose (that sweet sweet good shyt). It's 2 different biological pathways

Yes I test myself regularly after every meal and fruits raise ur blood sugar considerably. I was diagnosed with diabetes a month ago, by completely cutting of sugar and eating low carb. My blood sugar post meal went from 401 to 125. Another two months and I should be completely normal.

EDIT : Have you been exercising more as well ? Also apple cider vinegar is great for bringing down blood sugar. Did you cut out fruits as well ?

If you want to keep your sugar low stick to berries. Especially blackberries and strawberries as long as you don't overdo it. You can eat a handful of those and still stay in keto range
