They say berries are the safest to eat. Anything else can raise your sugar levels.

I eat hella fruit. I usually drink at least 2 smoothies a day and use a banana and all the berries and shyt. I ate a kiwi earlier. I be eating hella bananas.

I’m not a blood sugarologist, but I think since the sugar in fruits are natural, you can eat as much as you want. Cause it’s natural, not that processed shyt. At least that’s how I’m rocking it

Yes, fruit does. Personally, sweetness doesn't necessarily raise it but a carb-heavy banana :dame:(typically, 31 to 33 carbs each) can wreak havoc on those levels.:wow:

Yes it will

My source is my friend who is a diabetic

However fruit is digested more slowly so it won’t cause the immediate spike other concentrated sugars will. That’s my understanding

See that's the thing, idk if that's necessarily true man and I'm not saying I don't believe you but everyone is different. A couple months ago I had some cantaloupe from the supermarket and breh like 30 min after I ate that shyt I started to itch like crazy and I had a couple pimples pop up. I don't think I finished the rest. I read that it's a different type of sugar (fructose) but all in all it's still the same and our bodies break it down the same way. As I said there's so much conflicting info out there

Yeah you have to go off how you feel more than anything. Whenever it’s a lot of conflicting information out there, that just means no one truly knows. I ain’t no expert for sure. But you gotta be an expert on your own body. I got my own theories lol. I put natural honey in the same category as fruit, I feel like you can eat as much as you want. I eat hella fish too and said fukk what they talking bout on this mercury poisoning shyt cause I know I eat more than the recommended amount
