Sorry, that's another B
Fruits contain sugar but I know it's not the same type as processed sugar. I've been doing some googles on this for the last couple days but I'm seeing conflicting information.
Thank you breh, will do.Yes, all food will affect you sugar level. Some will increase it more than others.
When youtube is back up watch the vid in this thread.

See that's the thing, idk if that's necessarily true man and I'm not saying I don't believe you but everyone is different. A couple months ago I had some cantaloupe from the supermarket and breh like 30 min after I ate that shyt I started to itch like crazy and I had a couple pimples pop up. I don't think I finished the rest. I read that it's a different type of sugar (fructose) but all in all it's still the same and our bodies break it down the same way. As I said there's so much conflicting info out thereI eat hella fruit. I usually drink at least 2 smoothies a day and use a banana and all the berries and shyt. I ate a kiwi earlier. I be eating hella bananas.
I’m not a blood sugarologist, but I think since the sugar in fruits are natural, you can eat as much as you want. Cause it’s natural, not that processed shyt. At least that’s how I’m rocking it
